The whyHR team is excited to welcome Evelina Allen as our new Human Resource Assistant.
In her role, Evelina supports our consultants with many of the day-to-day responsibilities that help keep our clients’ HR operations running smoothly. She assists with employee documentation, personnel records, employment-related correspondence, and other administrative tasks that support both our team and the organizations we serve.
Evelina graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2025 with bachelor’s degrees in management and marketing. While completing her education, she worked as a receptionist at Mercy Clinic in Bethany, balancing full-time work with a full course load. After graduation, she began her HR career with a Domino’s franchise, where she gained hands-on experience and discovered a passion for the field.
Evelina is enthusiastic about continuing to build her career in human resources and values the opportunity to learn from experienced consultants who support businesses across a wide range of industries. She enjoys the variety that HR offers and appreciates that every client presents unique opportunities to learn. As she begins her career with whyHR, she looks forward to expanding her knowledge, contributing to the team, and helping support clients and their employees.
Outside of work, Evelina enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and growing in her Christian faith. She appreciates the opportunity to unplug, spend time in nature, and recharge before tackling the next day. When she isn’t outdoors, there’s a good chance you’ll find her with an iced latte from Seven Brew.
